1. About this site and our services

Codewithmhan is based in Accra, Ghana. This site describes our websites, business systems, the Sankofa School Management System, and programming courses. You can use it to request information, ask for a Sankofa demo, or request course enrollment. A request is not a confirmed booking or service agreement.

2. Using the site

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when you contact us. Do not disrupt the site, try to access systems or accounts without permission, submit harmful or unlawful material, or use automated scraping to collect content or personal information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or student records through a general enquiry form.

3. Course enrollment, payment, and cancellation

Submitting an enrollment request lets us review your course choice and contact you about the next steps. It does not reserve a place or take payment. If we confirm an available place, we will send payment instructions by email or another agreed channel. Payment is arranged outside this website. We will confirm payment before providing any course access details, schedule, and support arrangements, including WhatsApp where applicable.

If you need to cancel or request a refund, contact us before or after payment as soon as possible. We will tell you the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before payment, and handle a request under the terms agreed with you and applicable law. If you have not received those conditions, ask us before paying.

4. Prices and currency

Prices may be shown in a currency based on your detected country or a currency you select. Each listed price is a fixed amount in that currency; we do not convert it using a live exchange rate. Prices may change before your enrollment is confirmed. We will confirm the amount and currency with you before payment.

5. Sankofa School Management System

Demo requests and displayed pricing are for discussion. The features, setup, price, data handling, support, and other terms for a school's use of Sankofa are subject to a separate written agreement with that school. A demo request does not create an agreement or provide access to a live school system.

6. Intellectual property

Codewithmhan owns or has permission to use the site's content, course materials it provides, and the Sankofa name and brand. You may use the site for personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, publish, distribute, or resell our content, course materials, or brand without our written permission, except where the law allows it.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to services operated by others, including email, WhatsApp, analytics, hosting, and course-content providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. Your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep site information useful and current, but details may change and the site may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. The site is provided for general information and is not a substitute for a written service agreement. To the extent allowed by law, Codewithmhan is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute will be handled under the applicable laws and procedures of Ghana.
